Savey is highly effective against mite eggs.  If many active mites are present, an adulticide should be applied. See Table for REI and PHI information. Stylet oil is effective against mite eggs; repeated applications may be needed while mites persist.  Brigade application may control mites temporarily, possibly followed by increases in mite populations.  Use of Brigade should be delayed
if spotted wing drosophila will be a target
later, in order to comply with the seasonal
maximum number of applications.
