Active Alerts:

Rodenticides - Diphacinone and zinc phosphide were among rodenticides for which EPA announced on 24 Dec 08 the intent to cancel registrations, to  become effective 4 Jun 2011, unless substantive are received that merit continuation of the registrations.  Comments must be received on or before 9 June 2009.  Submit your comments throught the Federal eRulemaking Portal, identified by docket identification (ID) number EPA-HQ-OPP-2006-0955.
